He was born in Como, May 5th 1964, and now lives in Stienta,
in the province of Rovigo.
To me, writing is both an hobby and a
physical need to put my thoughts into words. Since 1991, I
have written horror, fantasy and science-fiction, in the
form of novels, tales, short- and micro-stories. The genres
I like the best, both as a reader and as a writer, are
anomalous, horror and fantasy.
A long time ago, I wrote hundreds of poems, during the
difficult time known as adolescence, like so many people do.
Despite everything, every now and then I still write poetry.
Over the years, I’ve also gone through a humoristic phase,
characterized by comic tales, endless collections of
witticisms and recreational phrasing. These things just
happen. I love Tolkien, Asimov, Brooks, King, Barker and
Lovecraft. Aside from fiction, I enjoy texts on ufology,
mystery, spatial archaeology, parapsychology and alternative
history. I am crazy for music, most of all for hard and
metal and for the fabulous big rock groups that were famous
a few years ago. Everything that is different, alternative,
oriental or not so normal is part of what I like and who I
am, so much so that I’ve become a martial arts teacher and a
reikist.

I am the inventor of INTERNATIONAL LITERARY PROJECT and
co-founder of NeXT, a magazine of “connectivist” culture.
I am partner of the bookstore online KALEYDOS, DIVERSA
SINTONIA, the blog CYBERGOTH and of the project SITINSIEME.
I am a collaborator of:
FANTASCIENZA.COM NEXT-STATION LIBRERIADONNA SOLARIS
MAGNETICA
CLUBGHOST PAGINAZERO PROGETTOBABELE LANKELOT
and with:
PEACELINK - The IL FIUME association - LIBROMENTE book fair
- OD@P
It was more or less in March 2002, while
surfing the net, that I came across a web-site dealing with
the horror genre, ClubGHOST, a site where the editorial
staff published the short-stories that were thought to be
worthy. Something clicked and I immediately wondered: “could
my stories be worthy?” The answer was positive. From that
moment onwards I started looking over my works, to sum up
over 10 years of writing activity and give it its logical
consequence: publication. The time had come to do something.
October 2002: 11 short-stories are published on different
web-sites, 2 on fanzines, 6 are published in an e-book. 4
web-sites say they are going to publish my works and 6
haven’t even replied. A second e-book is about to come out,
3 short-stories are to be published on different fanzines.
I’m writing two novels and re-adjusting some short-stories.
I start collaborating with Clubghost, Paginazero, Digitarte.
I’ve gotten started and, just in case, I have created my own
web-site. domn-mistic-on the horror, fantastic and sf site.
March 2003: 20 works on 21 different web-sites. I have
published 2 e-books and a third is on its way. I collaborate
with yet another literary magazine and a multimedia project.
I’m working on 3 books: the two novels and the short-stories
still come first, as you can’t do everything. DOMN-MISTIC-ON
keeps going and growing, it has become a site of 'Literature
and Peace' thanks to Peacelink and also Physicians without
frontiers Medici Senza Frontiere (Physicians Without
Frontiers) and Un altro mondo (Another world). On the net, I
met several worthy people and I set up the project
SITINSIEME, a single board that gathers various literary
sites and that I hope will become something more. I also
embark on the blog adventure of CYBERGOTH, together with
Sandro Battisti.
June 1st 2003. DOMN-MISTIC-ON turns from a personal web-site
into DOMIST.net – Literature and Peace. A “serious” site
with an editorial staff, a domain with unlimited space, and
ideas to be developed. Somebody (S.B.) has defined it portal…
and Amani for Africa is on our side too. September 2003: I
start collaborating with PROGETTO BABELE and ZONA D is born,
a scheduled appointment on the magazine with short-stories
and essays edited by DOMIST.net.
January 2004, the INTERNATIONAL LITERARY PROJECT starts up;
it is the first mad idea, which will become something
important. Authors translating each other’s work
interrelated web sites, literature collaborations, and peace
literature concerning even immigration themes, everything in
a huge self managed and completely no profit environment.
23 February 2004. At last the debut on paper, the first book
has been realized; hoping it won’t be the last. Sognando e
Dintorni (Dreaming and Surroundings) published by
Prospettiva Editrice it is a collection of 10 novels
concerning fantasy and SF and even a “useful” book, that is
speaking about “Literature and Peace” in association with
Peacelink: all the rights will support Amani for Africa in
order to help the Kivuli center. Meanwhile two important
associations were started: KAOSKULTURE and LANKELOT.
March 2004. As co-establisher and vice-president I have
realized an old idea of mine: a cultural association
regarding the main theme “Peace”. IL FIUME, affiliated with
Libera contro le mafie (free against mafia) and Peacelink
and in local coordination with different realities such as
Emergency and Festival dei Popoli. In short here is the art.3
of our statute “The association’s aim is: to pursue aims of
social solidarity, cultural promotion, civil rights tutelage
and statement of peace as universal value.”
January 2005. It’s the moment of “Connectivism”, a
cyber-futuristic literary movement originated from the
collaboration with two other science-fiction and cyberpunk
authors: Sandro Battisti and Giovanni De Matteo. After the
“Connectivism” manifesto, in April, there comes out the
first number of the related magazine: NeXT.
May 2005. Within the organization, he takes part in
LIBROMENTE, the first book fair in Rovigo.
August 2005. HSF is his second book. A collection of 13
horror and fanta-horror short stories, again published by
Prospettiva Editrice.
December 2005. Together with Alda Teodorani, he co-ordinates
the short stories collection NOIR NO WAR, within a DOMIST.net
project in favour of Emergency. The NeXT magazine has
reached its third published number, with surprising results.
2006 - 2007 - 2008 - 2009.
